The Boardroom began with a simple idea: create a permanent place where people can come together, compete, connect and enjoy the games they love.

After spending five years organizing local social-sports leagues, founder Scott D’Arce saw firsthand how friendly competition can bring people together. What started with approximately 23 players grew into a community of nearly 100—filled with beginners, experienced competitors and people who simply wanted a fun reason to get out of the house and meet others.

The games brought everyone through the door.

The friendships kept them coming back.

That experience inspired the vision for The Boardroom: an upscale indoor social-sports destination where the community can gather year-round and where there is always another game waiting.

The Boardroom is being designed as an approximately 10,000-square-foot destination featuring:

• Eight indoor cornhole lanes

• Five electronic dart stations

• Four billiard tables

• Three shuffleboard tables

• Two premium golf simulator bays

• Comfortable lounge and gathering areas

• Sports viewing throughout the venue

• Beer, wine, food and game-day snacks

• Leagues, tournaments and member events

• Private parties and corporate gatherings

Whether you are an experienced player, trying something new or simply meeting friends for a drink, The Boardroom will offer a welcoming place to play at your own pace.

We believe social sports should be organized without feeling overly serious, competitive without becoming intimidating and professional without losing the fun.

That means providing quality equipment, clearly designed playing areas, approachable staff and a clean, comfortable atmosphere where every guest feels welcome.

Some people will come to compete.

Most will do a little of both.

A New Home for Social Sports

The Boardroom is being created for Bradenton, Sarasota, Palmetto, Parrish, Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding communities.

Our goal is to give local players, families, friends, coworkers and organizations a dependable year-round destination for leagues, open play, celebrations, team-building events and nights out.

We are hopeful to open in Spring 2027 and look forward to welcoming you through our doors.
